Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and troubleshooting BluePrism Control Room
  • Support User Acceptance, Assisted and Unassisted Testing for RPA projects
  • Analyze and test current processes and systems to determine effectiveness and efficiency
  • Use development knowledge and methods to design, configure, program, and test robotic systems or related software
  • Create, edit and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and Process Definition Documents for all business processes and projects
  • Partner with Training, Business Owners and Content Managers to ensure accurate maintenance of all process documents within the Customer Service Organization
  • Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned
  • Travel expected up to 10% of the time to Naperville Location

Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a Customer Service or Operations setting

 

 

    Other Relevant Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in RPA and/or BluePrism, preferred
