The Sales and Marketing Coordinator supports the promotion of closerlook to clients and prospective clients. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and working closely with the Director, Business Development, this role is central to help raise awareness of the agency and support growth goals. He or She will act as a liaison across agency stakeholders, in-house staff, contractors and vendor partners to execute the marketing plan which includes key areas of public relations, social media, advertising promotion and pursuits.

Responsibilities

  • Support the closerlook agency account to ensure internal client needs are met or exceeded.
  • Develop and sustain partner and internal decision-maker relationships.
  • Assist the sales and leadership team in the development and execution of closerlook’s marketing plan. Tactics include sales campaigns and collateral, offerings and case study development, updates to the company website, creation of thought leadership articles and promotion through social media and PR placements.
  • Managing budget and timelines for project deliverables
  • Assisting in the development of, execution and campaign tracking for lead generation
  • Support activities and responses for late-stage pursuits
  • Manage the library of materials used by new business and account teams.
  • Support company-wide client outreach initiatives including client appreciation party and holiday gifts.
  • Assist with closerlook’s PR efforts by managing placements and building relationships with key industry media
  • Working with the counterpart on the creative team, act as the brand steward for the agency to help enforce closerlook’s verbal and visual guidelines.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

Requirements

  • 4 year college degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of relevant work experience in Sales or Marketing.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization are a must
  • An ability to prioritize workload and adjust priorities quickly if necessary
  • An interest in project management including managing budgets and timelines
  • Desire to learn about Pharmaceutical Marketing
  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot and/or email campaigns is a plus
  • Social Media promotion experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite is required
