What You Will Be Doing
We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager who will be responsible for partnering with Sales leadership in executing quarterly and annual revenue plans, defining and improving sales & marketing processes, analyzing and sharing insights on key revenue and sales trends, designing and measuring metrics to enhance overall productivity, and ensuring alignment of initiatives across all stages of the client lifecycle in order to maximize conversion rates, ACV/LCV and partner success. You’ll consistently bring strategic, data-driven insights and recommendations to your stakeholders that will aid in successfully scaling and propelling the business forward.
Responsibilities
- Provide Sales Leadership with in depth visibility into the sales team’s effectiveness and efficiency by creating insights through customized reports and dashboards. These reports and dashboards will provide clarity on current performance against critical KPI’s, along with serving as the foundation for making strategic decisions that will benefit team members, clients and the company
- Work closely with Sales Leadership and team members to support strategic sales initiatives. Support may include development of the program, providing insights, data, metrics, reporting and/or by actively tracking and reporting on progress and updates
- Contribute to the vision, strategy and ongoing enhancements to overall data analytics and reporting frameworks, including creating content, developing and maintaining a cadence, and leveraging the most meaningful data and actionable insights
- Work very closely with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams
- Maintain the overall integrity of all revenue growth-related data
- Provide visibility to Sales Leadership on Pipeline, Forecast, Client Health and Competitive Intelligence
- Collaborate with CSO and SVP Marketing to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Lead & Demand Generation and Enablement strategies and execution
Who You Are
- 5+ years experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations/Enablement in a B2B SAAS environment
- Administration level proficiency with key sales & marketing automation technology, including Salesforce and InsightSquared
- Strong analytical, reporting and data manipulation skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple functions
- Attention to detail combined with the ability to multitask in a high-growth environment
- Experience leading/managing a team of direct reports preferred
