Job Summary

LotLinx is seeking a Jr. Salesforce Administrator to join our team in our Chicago, IL headquarters.

LotLinx provides digital advertising technology to automotive dealers in the US. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintain and Administrate Salesforce and other sales/customer relationship systems including our internal product delivery system (TURN) and Partner Relationship Management System (Partner Portal)
  • Documentation of company processes and creation of standard operating procedures/training materials for internal staff as it relates to Salesforce and/or other generalized processes managed by the Platform team
  • Setup of new users, profiles, roles, and permissions
  • Create and customize objects and fields, page layouts, workflows and validation rules
  • Importing data as needed via Data Import Wizard or Data Loader
  • Ownership and management of Salesforce reports and dashboard creation and administration
  • Monitoring and improving data quality; duplicate management
  • Assistance to Sales and Client Service staff regarding content management across user-defined objects and fields
  • Continuous training with platform manager and team to expand knowledge into various systems and collaboration for continuous improvement
  • Working with the team on platform projects by creating documentation, management of the project and working hand-and-hand with team leaders to complete deliverables

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Salesforce Certification preferred (201)
  • 1-3 years’ experience in Salesforce Administration or sales team support
  • Knowledge of basic SQL-based system principles
  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite with a focus in Microsoft Excel
  • Commitment to customer success
  • Ability to interact with business users and translate business needs into solutions
  • Highly organized with the ability multiple project requests and prioritize workload
  • Ability to solve problems with proactivity and attention to detail
  • Eagerness for continuous learning and development
