The Role:

We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our Professional Services team.  This role will lead the charge in administering and maintaining Salesforce.com orgs in support of our internal teams and customers.  In this role, you will report directly to the Vice President of Professional Services, and will be responsible for the design, configuration, and ongoing support of the platform.  You will work closely with the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to help design workflows, reports, dashboards and interfaces that are scalable and meet the needs of the growing business.  

What you will be doing:

• Daily administration and support of higi’s and higi customer’s Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Health Cloud orgs including but not limited to customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, permission sets, and triggers.
• Configure the right security access, permissions, roles, and profiles for Salesforce users, internal and external.
• Develop changes in a sandbox environment and follow protocols for testing deployment to production environment.
• Oversee system changes without interruption to users through Salesforce releases and upgrades.
• Partner with business and product stakeholders to gather requirements and build solutions to improve processes and information flow.
• Keep up-to-date on new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Complete the configuration for new features within Salesforce, utilizing AppExchange products, or other cloud-based technologies.
• Both planned and ad hoc creation of reports and dashboards for users and management.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 2+ years Salesforce Administrator - daily administrator tasks such as creating workflows, dashboards, reports, user profiles and roles, custom objects, fields, records, page layouts, validations, profile

• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM Products to develop client or business solutions

• Experience in healthcare is a must

• Hands on experience configuring Salesforce or similar CRM Product, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls

• Fluent in Salesforce Lightning. Extensive experience configuring and deploying Lightning Components

• Extensive knowledge of user management (Consoles, OWD, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Field Level Security)

• Configure Lightning apps/components, page layouts, record types, data fields, Sharing rules, List views

• Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up on new clients, their business needs, and technologies

• You have experience as a Salesforce ISV partner and/or experience working with the Salesforce AppExchange.

• Bonus points: You have a technical background (computer science degree or other engineering experience).

• You have a great track record of working with engineering and product teams: people want to work with you again.

• You have demonstrated an ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous and frequently changing environment while prioritizing and managing multiple sets of responsibilities.

• Salesforce Certifications preferred to be considered for this position: Administrator or other SFDC specialization.

• Bonus points: You have experience in the healthcare industry (consumer and/or enterprise).
