This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and supports MPLS and SD-WAN networking solutions to address Telco and Enterprise customers. This individual will work closely with peers in Engineering and Architecture for implementing new technologies. 
 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to:

• Develop and implement advanced SD-WAN configurations
• Traffic Engineering Diagnose and troubleshoot network-related issues reported by customers Collaborate with other Support team members to fix network outages, misconfigurations, and complex networking issues of customers devices
• Work with Engineering and Management to diagnose and resolve critical escalated issues
• Work with the customer to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues and replicate customer environments and network problems as needed to provide resolution
• Work with carriers and vendors as needed
• Document issues and work with engineering if needed to provide fixes
• Provide technical expertise and guidance during testing and deployment
• Configure and install equipment for new locations

 
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• College degree (Bachelors or higher); technical degree preferred
• CCENT/CCNA Certifications
• Client/Customer-oriented
• Must have SD-WAN experience
• Team player who can work across cross-functional groups

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (OPTIONAL)

• Velocloud experience
• Peplink experience
