Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Responsible for managing projects from inception to delivery.
- Responsible for implementing small to medium initiatives ensuring they are managed throughout Development life cycle including collecting requirements, development of business rules in business rule engine, testing, deployment and post-install validations.
- Maintains key business partner relationships through collaboration on new/existing strategies, delivery of initiatives and issue investigations.
- Coordinates with business and technology team on delivery of implementations ensuring that policies, processes, and procedures are followed and all documentation is accounted for and up to date.
- Report issue identifications, causes, resolutions, and mitigation to the business and risk management
How You’ll Do It
- Ensures Project delivery by obtaining clear requirements from business partners, completing development of business rules in Business Rule Engine (Ab Initio Express>IT) and other Admin tools, creating and executing unit test cases, coordinating UAT and deployment with business partners.
- Ensures Agile (Kanban and Scrum) methodologies are followed including sprint planning, managing backlog, prioritization, stand-up and documentation.
- Maintains key business partner relationships through collaboration on the development of new/existing strategies, accurate/efficient delivery of initiatives and best in class production support, including issue investigations and mitigation.
- Enhances internal delivery processes & system capability to shorten time to market, reduce production risk & identify improvement opportunities.
- Troubleshoots system issues. Reports issue identification, cause, resolution and mitigation to Business and Operational Risk, ensuring efficient and effective risk and compliance practices and adherence to required standards and processes
The Basics
Bachelor's degree in, mathematics, information technology, statistics or analytics or business
· 2+ years of experience of technical, quantitative, business or related experience
· In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in project management, system architecture, programming or related field
Bonus Points If You Have
· 4+ years of experience in a project management, , system architecture programming or related field
