About the position 

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Showpad you are a trusted partner and advisor to your Enterprise customers. You’ll strategically manage a dedicated book of business with a focus on delivering value to your accounts through adoption recommendations, best practice sharing, and building strong customer relationships with all key stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities of a Senior Customer Success Manager at Showpad

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of business
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors to drive product adoption and ensure they are leveraging the solution to achieve full business value
  • Serve as a brand enthusiast for Showpad’s products and solutions
  • Prepare and educate customers on new features and releases
  • Conduct Business Reviews with senior level executives within customer portfolio 
  • Manage and execute customer renewals
  • Identify any customer risks, and collaborate with internal teams to remediate and ensure a successful renewal
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and growth within assigned accounts; partner with sales to execute 
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all Showpad functional areas

Required Skills for a Senior Customer Success Manager at Showpad

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing role (Account Management/Sales), preferably for an enterprise software, service or Software as a Service (SaaS) company
  • Account/project management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, including ability to problem-solve and think on your feet
  • Ability to speak comfortably to both C-level execs and individual contributors about the value and easily switch between high-level and feature/benefit conversations
  • Proactive and growth-oriented mindset
  • Experience quickly learning new technologies and adapting 
  • Proven experience collaborating with peers and leaders
