What you get to do:
Reporting to the Vice President, Growth Marketing, you will lead our new customer acquisition strategy and execution for OppLoans and OppFi's growing suite of products. You will lead a team of channel managers to promote profitable customer acquisition and work across our organization to find new ways to generate incremental growth.
- Lead team of channel managers to acquire new customers across Direct Mail, Digital, Partnerships (affiliate marketing), Referral, etc.
- Build multi-channel marketing campaigns together with your team to drive incremental growth
- Launch new tactics and channels to test new ways to acquire new customers
- Partner with product marketing across business lines to build acquisition strategies for each product
- Collaborate across or organization to build comprehensive acquisition strategies for new product launches
- Work with the Marketing Analytics team to find insights and testing ideas for channel marketing, creative, landing page tests, etc.
What you will bring to the team:
- Customer acquisition experience in financial services across a variety of channels, including Direct Mail, Digital, and Partnerships
- Experience managing the dynamics of financial services marketing and optimizing towards driving profitable customer growth
- 3+ years managing a team of diverse channel managers
- Experience contributing ideas, and implementing them in a collaborative environment
- Business partnership skills, and previous experience working within diverse partnerships
- Previous experience working in a matrix organization
