As a Senior Enablement Specialist you will support Service Delivery through creating and maintaining engaging training content and learning resources. This role will primarily focus on: 

- Creating, curating and managing distribution of learning resources to internal stakeholders 

- Responsible for training programming developed by the enablement program manager

- Support the effort to streamline department communication.

Role Responsibilities

  • Partner with department leadership to identify learning needs and help to build a standardized approach by team/department
  • Create and maintain engaging self-paced training opportunities
  • Executes the delivery of live trainings by co-leading or leading established curriculum and coordinating efforts
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining high quality learning resources and activities addressing product knowledge and team processes and procedures
  • Partner with teams outside of Service Delivery to ensure there is a steady stream of information coming into Service Delivery

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of instructional design or training content development experience or related experience
  • Experience with Workday as an LMS
  • Experience with Adobe Captivate and/or Camtasia Studio
  • Experience supporting a SaaS company
  • Experience working with customer-facing teams

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of instructional design or training content development experience or related experience
  • Comfort with assisting or leading trainings
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Excellent communication skills, written & verbal
  • Extreme attention to detail
