Enfusion has an immediate opening for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer in our downtown Chicago office.
This will be a key role in the IT & Security department, assisting the current enhancement program and elevating the skillset of the overall department.
Applicants must be self-starters with the ability to collaborate, educate and report to both the wider team and management, providing assistance to the support team as needed, while also handing off day to day support in an appropriate manner, including documentation and education, to save the role from becoming entrenched in support, and prevent key person risk.
Also, must have the ability to speak with key stakeholders and clients in an eloquent manner with a very good grasp of the areas outlined below, but also technology in general as the role may be required to speak with clients as a part of the sales process or to assist clients with connectivity challenges etc.
Extensive knowledge of:
- Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop
- All network environments, LAN, WAN, SD-WAN etc with good working knowledge of Cisco Meraki
- Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP
- Key security considerations for areas outlined in this specification
- Microsoft Azure including Intune, Hypervisor, WVD, AAD and ADDS.
- Cloud environments, Azure, GSite, AWS etc
- Jira, Confluence and Zendesk
- PowerShell, Python etc Scripting and automation
- Workstation build and security lockdown
- CDN networks
