RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with senior key stakeholders across EPAM's client base to drive consulting projects & business growth
• Engage with clients to understand new business opportunities that would naturally extend EPAM's core capabilities and drive significant growth
• Contribute towards defining the strategy of telco sub-vertical and broader Telco & Media practice
• Partner with non-telco consulting verticals to create holistic value propositions and drive new revenue growth
• Continuously build & refine EPAM telco offerings as part of our GTM capabilities and differentiation
• Support account teams in pre-sales activities including pitch meetings, RFP responses etc
• Conduct market research across North American telecommunications market (or aligned verticals) and engaging technology or business leaders
• Continually raising the profile of EPAM by identifying and participating in relevant industry events and seeking accreditations or endorsements by influential industry bodies

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong understanding of CSP market across North America (prior experience preferable), has an established telecom network within the industry
• Subject Matter Expert with 5G networks and IoT deployments OR in-depth experience in building telco-related data products
• Understands the customer landscape of CSP's customers and have experience working in the space (consumer/enterprise)
• Comfortable advising on digital transformation, legacy IT transformation, value application creation initiatives
• Enjoys interacting with multiple partners internal and external to EPAM (architects, developers, innovation labs etc.)
• Strong experience in strategy, architecture, or design within the telecommunications industry
• Ability to communicate and work at all levels of an organisation from C-level presentations to technical working groups
• Ability to develop and present technology roadmaps showing the sequence and dependencies of prioritised technology initiatives/programs linked to timeline
• Previous experience in business case creation to underpin technology transformation with associated drivers and expected benefits including digital channel shift, legacy IT transformation and automated orchestration
• Knowledge of telecom industry partners/vendors and be able to lead partnership efforts as part of joint GTM
