Senior Manager, Client Development
The Sales Enablement Specialist (SES) will support Treasury Management (TM) sales throughout the sales process. The primary responsibility of the SES is to develop client facing materials, commercial insights, industry benchmarks, business case, and other tools and assets to help accelerate the sales cycle and increase win rates. This includes collaboration with product management, go-to-market, marketing and sales. The SES will also help create and coordinate training on essential sales skills related to these deliverables.
Primary Responsibilities
Commercial Insights – work closely with Sales team representatives in each line of business to develop benchmarks, business case, and commercial insights
Help bring TM products to market by ensuring client-facing tools and assets are maintained and up to date by coordinating with product, marketing, sales and delivery leads
Lead sales readiness for existing and new products including updates to TM Sales Playbook, training, and client facing tools and assets
Coordinate with Sales, Sales Analytics and Product to identify and increase sales in underpenetrated segments and products
Develop and recommend tools and assets to measure usage and impact of Sales Enablement deliverables
Gather, maintain and provide competitive market intelligence and develop Capital One responses to overcome objections during the sales process

Basic Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
5+ years of related experience creating business cases and quantifying the value of process automation
5+ years of related experience creating or identifying industry benchmarks for finance and working capital ratios
5+ years of treasury management, payables, receivables or process experience
5+ years of market analysis experience including competitive analysis and industry challenges and trends
Preferred Job Qualifications
Master's Degree in Finance or Business
10+ years of industry benchmarking and business case development experience
10+ years of treasury management, liquidity, payables, receivables or related process experience
