Plans, directs, and coordinates the activities necessary to support business initiatives across the student loan organization and ensures operations expectations for timeliness, quality, and efficiency are delivered. Manages processes, operational strategies, and controls. Serves as an individual contributor to drive continual improvement and innovation, bringing about enhanced capabilities to support organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Reviews operations metrics and other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement.
- Partners with business partners across the organization and the operations teams to ensure service-level agreements, quality, and efficiency goals are delivered for daily work and new initiatives.
- Works with technology partners to ensure all systems are providing accurate and timely data.
- Works with various business partners to build and maintain system controls.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Operations, Management, or related field

Preferred Qualification
- Master's Degree in Business, Communications, Operations, Management, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in process management, operations, people leadership,
- Lean, Six Sigma
- 7+ years of Industry experience in student lending
