ABOUT THE ROLE

Retail has undergone a massive transformation. Consumer expectations have accelerated, and omnichannel experiences have gone from a "nice to have" to table stakes. A pillar of the omnichannel transformation is unlocking forward-deployed, store inventory for fast, flexible delivery. ShopRunner's Same Day Delivery product empowers retailers to unlock brick-and-mortar inventory for eCommerce same-day delivery. We help retailers turn their stores into mini-fulfillment centers and connect retailers with a network of last-mile providers. Moving physical goods from one place to another is a complex, dynamic system that is evolving fast. 

We're looking for a Partnerships and Operations Senior Manager to help grow and scale ShopRunner’s Same Day Delivery offering. This role will live within ShopRunner’s product organization, and will be responsible for building and owning operational relationships both cross functionally and with our external partners. The ideal candidate has strong operational and partnership management experience, and is passionate about scaling a new business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own new and existing relationships with ShopRunner’s last-mile provider network - includes new managing new integrations, conducting performance analysis, overseeing pricing and contract discussions
• Support retailer partnerships with cross functional team members such as Integrations, Customer Support and Partner Success
• Hold external partners and internal stakeholders accountable for commitments and track project deadlines, status, and implementation
• Continually analyze retailer and driver network performance, identify opportunities and actively work to resolve
• Partner with Analytics team to develop analyses and track key performance metrics across the the business (ex: delivery performance, customer service utilization, key financial metrics)
• Continually improve the product operating operating model and propose/project manage new solutions (including product enhancements/features) to address them
• Contribute to product vision and roadmap strategy - conducting feedback loops with key stakeholders such as product, customer support, and retailers and help operationalize new features
• Partner with Customer Support to understand key pain points - propose and help to  implement solutions for operational improvement
  
  

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5-7 years of partner/program management and/or operations experience
• Experience in ecommerce, supply chain, or a driver/delivery platform company a plus
• Experience working cross functionally in a product environment a plus
• External partnership / vendor management experience
• Project management skills - ability to move key initiatives forward, track projects, timelines and commitments across multiple teams
• Strong analytical skills - ability to make data backed decisions and actively work towards solutions
• Strong communication skills - verbal and written
• Comfortable in ambiguous environments 
• An entrepreneurial mindset - you’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves, thriving in ambiguity, and getting the work done
