The RedLegg Senior Security Analyst is a member of the RedLegg Managed Services team. The Senior Security Analyst is focused on all security aspects of the customer’s managed security environment and customer experience with RedLegg Managed Services.  The Senior Security Analyst will utilize technical expertise and polite professional etiquette while performing the following duties: 

• Demonstrate leadership in areas of the Customer Service engagement 
• Identify Opportunities for improving client security posture 

• Investigate Security Incidents to determine cause and provide details to clients 
• Maintain knowledge of industry-wide attacks 
• Provide proactive analysis of customer intrusions, incidents, and vulnerabilities 
• Provide interpretation and technical security guidance to assist with customer remediation 
• Demonstrate Technical Knowledge to both customer and internal parties  

Skills & Knowledge Requirements: 

Must have advanced skills/knowledge in some of the following: 

• Information security 
• Network security architecture and design 
• SIEM, Syslog and other logging applications 

• Routers and access control devices 
• TCP/IP networking 
• Cisco network security products 
• LogRhythm SIEM Logging products 
• Fortinet Security Products 

• Fidelis Security Products 
• McAfee network security products 

Desired experience: 

• 2 or more years of information security experience

Required: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• U.S. citizenship required 
• English: Fluent 

Preferred: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology 
• At least 3 year of experience in Information Security or Networking 
• Certified in Security related Industry, Vendor, or Professional Certification
