Making a Difference
The Service Operations Analyst role supports the Service organization and works on efforts to facilitate meeting business outcomes and goals. This role will drive internal projects and help identify and implement efficiencies through processes and tools. Role will have involvement in multiple projects at once with a focus on increasing effectiveness and efficiency, improved colleague capacity and in support of growth, utilization and satisfaction goals. The person in this role is expected to perform duties with a high degree of independence, initiative and judgment, report and communicate efforts and outcomes and partner effectively across the organization.
Projects may include:
- Develop collection and tracking mechanism for specific subject matter expertise across the Service organization
- Drive the design and implementation of innovative learning solutions that improve colleague effectiveness, assure high levels of client satisfaction and drive business outcomes
- Partner with business to define a skills assessment process for Service
- Identify and prioritize initiatives to better leverage Salesforce platform and drive Salesforce adoption
- Develop plan to consolidation documentation into a centralized knowledgebase
- Identify gaps in client data, create and execute plan to gather client metrics and drive revenue
- Partner across the firm on development of mechanism to leverage configuration across implementations
- Partner with Service to determine high value training and development areas for ongoing colleagues and develop materials outline
- Proactive collaborator with internal and external stakeholders to identify performance skill gaps, deliver solutions and measure for impact
- Active participant in strategic planning and execution of efforts to leverage learning management system to increase colleague capabilities and drive utilization
- Develop communication mechanisms to inform leaders and employees on education programs, training resources and opportunities
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the design and implementation and completion of initiatives that increase colleague effectiveness, assure high levels of client satisfaction and drive utilization
- Measure the results of projects and initiatives to evaluate the effectiveness of the programs and understand the impact on the business
- Proactive collaborator with internal and external stakeholders to understand business drivers, identify gaps, deliver solutions and measure for impact
- Active participant in evaluation and strategic planning for Service Operations initiatives to drive expanded sales, develop colleague capabilities, improve internal and application capabilities and drive utilization
- Develop / revamp resources and training for key business processes to increase operational effectiveness and efficiency
- Plan, implement and drive Service-related projects to successful completion.
- Process enablement via system integration and automations
- Measure the results of projects and initiatives to evaluate the effectiveness of the programs and understand the impact on the business
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, education or applicable program
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Proven track record for taking a consultative approach to developing and driving projects
- Passionate about learning and leveraging new technologies to deliver effective solutions
- Ability to think from both a strategic and tactical perspective
- Ability to exercise independent judgement and make critical business decisions effectively
- Demonstrated project management skills including multi-tasking across projects and teams
- Excellent analytical, organization and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build consensus and collaborate across the organization
- Proactive, self-motivated with ability to drive for results
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Risk management and insurance industry experience a plus
