As a Solutions Engineer, you will implement Litera Microsystems' products and will assist in product evaluations. You will have extensive interaction with our clients and develop project requirements. This may involve taking verbal and written requirements and translating them into product configurations and customizations to meet customer needs. Solution Engineers configure the software and execute test scenarios to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions to our customers. You may work with our Support team to ensure that issues identified during projects are resolved effectively and efficiently. As a Solutions Engineer, you will lead complex projects. You will work closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the implementation of our products. A Solutions Engineer will also work with the sales team and provide presales support for our products. This may include providing customer demonstrations and/or developing customizations for our clients. Some travel is involved in the position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all product deliverables are delivered on time and on target.
  • Configure Litera Microsystems' products.
  • Demonstrate expertise in assigned Litera Microsystems' products.
  • Make complex configuration and customization decisions.
  • Independently guide customers and prospects through implementation decisions.
  • Provide status reports to customer and internal staff.
  • Lead periodic status checkpoints with customers on outstanding issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide troubleshooting and problem isolation as part of projects.
  • Provide high-quality customer training as part of projects. (On-Line and On-Site)
  • Provide high-quality written project specifications and project details as part of projects.
  • Assist customers and prospective customers with installation via telephone and on site.
  • Identify creative ways to solve customer and prospective customer issues through a deep product understanding and an innovative approach to projects.

Qualifications:

  • College degree in MIS, networking or computer programming preferred
  • 3-5 years experience providing customer-facing customer service or software support
  • Extensive Experience with Microsoft Word styles and formats desired
  • Internet Information Services (IIS) experience desired.
  • Azure experience desired
  • LAN/WAN/ Administration experience desired
  • SQL database experience desired
  • Basic Knowledge on Storage, Networking and backup devices
  • Basic Knowledge on Virtualization like VMware, Hyper V, etc.
