About the Role:

The Pampered Chef, a Berkshire Hathaway company, with offices in Addison, Chicago, and Shenzhen. We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to support our international sourcing team. The Sourcing Specialist will get the opportunity to work directly with suppliers in China, USA, Germany, Taiwan, South Korea, Czech Republic, Mexico, Thailand, Vietnam, Switzerland, and Sweden. They will be executing and reporting on sourcing strategies that build a world class organization. To qualify for this position you will need a college degree in a business related field and 1-2 years’ experience in purchasing, supply chain and/or sourcing, international preferred. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor and launch documentation.
• Manage annual vendor cost savings program
• Manage department reporting matrix
• Manage vendor samples and archives
• Inventory management support.

Measures of Success:

• Improved costing and PPV.
• Development and production of weekly reporting matrix.
• Accuracy and maintenance of vendor file. (contracts, report cards, etc.)
• Accuracy and maintenance of product onboarding documents.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree Preferred
• 1+ Year of relevant experience
