What you’ll do:

  • Assist Specialists with a variety of questions, concerns and levels of technological proficiency across phone and email

  • Investigate and resolve payroll, tech, service delivery, and policy issues by understanding and navigating a complex and changing landscape of technology platforms

  • Handle sensitive employment information with care and compliance

  • Support clients with a variety of service requests including placing orders, resolving pay discrepancies, and more

  • Identify, develop and improve scalable processes in order to advance Shiftgig’s mission to connect millions of workers with millions of shifts

  • Be an advocate for and champion of Shiftgig Specialists

Hours:

  • Our team offers support to our Specialists 7 days per week, from 6AM to 6PM, Monday through Friday and 8AM to 6PM on Saturdays and Sundays

  • We work a variety of schedules to accommodate business needs. This position will be expected to fulfill weekend shifts.
