Our apps make it easy for businesses to post gigs and for qualified and skilled workers to claim them. Our platform handles shift fulfillment and handles all the messy bits associated with labor management.
What you’ll do:
Assist Specialists with a variety of questions, concerns and levels of technological proficiency across phone and email
Investigate and resolve payroll, tech, service delivery, and policy issues by understanding and navigating a complex and changing landscape of technology platforms
Handle sensitive employment information with care and compliance
Support clients with a variety of service requests including placing orders, resolving pay discrepancies, and more
Identify, develop and improve scalable processes in order to advance Shiftgig’s mission to connect millions of workers with millions of shifts
Be an advocate for and champion of Shiftgig Specialists

Hours:
Our team offers support to our Specialists 7 days per week, from 6AM to 6PM, Monday through Friday and 8AM to 6PM on Saturdays and Sundays
We work a variety of schedules to accommodate business needs. This position will be expected to fulfill weekend shifts.
