Sr. Client Executive
The Sr Client Executive will be a hands-on implementation expert responsible for client implementations, account management, and client relationship management. They will manage and/or work with many clients directly and indirectly in all phases of the client life cycle. They will provide technical and product front-end support/configuration and will work with clients to understand and resolve their issues.

Responsibilities
• Extract, analyze, and assess client business needs and workflows; make consultative recommendations.
• Design and implement client solutions to include custom reports.
• Responsible for data transformation from a multitude of sources into Origami database.
• Support and lead projects and implementations.
• Provide technical expertise and training to colleagues and clients.
• Provide feedback on existing products and contribute to the design of new product features.
Qualifications
• 10+ years of SaaS implementation experience
• Strong Project Management background required, PMP a plus
• Strong understanding of technical databases, interfaces, and integrations
• Background with SaaS based technical integrations in the insurance industry desired
• Experience with SQL a plus
• Bachelor's Degree Required
