FLASH is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician who will be responsible for managing onsite installations. This includes supporting associated installation contractors, making low voltage terminations, completing network installation, starting up and testing the equipment and providing onsite training to the client. This role will represent FLASH for the duration of the installation and communicate project updates to the Project Manager and the client. 

***Projects are located throughout the United States and will require up to 100% travel.***

What You'll Do:

• Management of installation projects and inclusive relationships as necessary to the nature and scope of the project
• Train onsite contractors engaged for installations on a complete FLASH process
• Make final terminations - low voltage control and network wiring connecting to the units/devices
• Be familiar with various gate manufacturers and model/types to successfully program multiple variations per project nature and scope
• Upon completion of installation, ensure all hardware, systems and equipment are tested and working properly
• Ensure client is fully educated and trained on use and maintenance of all hardware, systems, and equipment
• Troubleshoot/repair/replace parts as needed in the field

What You Have:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 5+ experience with low and high voltage wiring
• 5+ years of commercial electrical knowledge
• Comfortable using hand tools and a multimeter
• Positive attitude and an ability to receive, process, and provide objective feedback.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with parking equipment
• Experience installing local networks and working with relays is a plus
• Applicants located in the Northeast Coast or West Coast are preferred
