Position Overview:
The Sr. Manager Network Services will ensure the integrity and stability of all networking-based services. This will be achieved through taking a managing position in the installation, configuration, monitoring, maintaining, and supporting all routers, switches, firewalls that make up our internal MPLS, wireless, telecommunication services and data center networks, Cloud connections, and PTP VPN networks.
Principal Accountability
- Design, configuration, and installation services
- Infrastructure maintenance
- System monitoring
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting
Required Skills
- Experience working with the following products: Palo Alto firewalls, ISE, Cisco 55xx series, ASA devices, Catalyst and Nexus switches.
- BGP and routing protocols including OSPF
- Network administration utilizing Cisco iOS
- Building and managing MPLS network
- Deep knowledge of CUCM dial plan logic and maintains systems device pool and partition integrity
- Manages voice dial peer and interface statuses on voice gateways
- Maintains voice translation patterns on voice gateways
- Puts VoIP and SIP concepts into practice during system troubleshooting
- Understanding of VoIP system designs and its business implications
- Experience working with carrier migrations and phone number porting
- Experience setting up new telephony services for new office locations and/or office relocations
- Configures and tests office location for Cisco Emergency Responder and RedSky e911 services
- Experience with ACI and SDWAN
- Experience with WiFi architecture and implementations
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field with 10+ years of working experience
