Target Data is looking to add a Strategist to our growing team. The Strategist will be responsible for creating, optimizing and reporting on omni-channel campaigns that support Target Data’s clients.
Requires a bachelor's degree in business, journalism, communications or related field and 3-5 years of experience. Familiarity with a variety of the marketing disciplines including copywriting, content creation, calendar management, and B2C marketing strategy. Work with internal teams to deliver meaningful, actionable insights for our clients. Reporting to the Strategy Director, the position will be part of a team that works hands-on delivering data-driven results and recommendations for our clients, in a friendly, flexible environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop campaign recommendations and monitor campaigns for optimization opportunities
- Execute industry research and marketing trends reports
- Conduct client-facing competitive analyses
- Build customer and user journeys
- Maintain strategic calendar
- Partner with analytics to cultivate insights and recommendations in monthly reports
- Assist Strategy Director in development of communication plans and annual planning
Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in business, journalism, communications, or related discipline)
- Proactive, results-oriented thinker with high energy and positive attitude
- Experience building strategic deliverables including user journeys, test plans, project briefs and competitive research
- Impeccable time-management
- Strong storytelling capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and well organized
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment with technical and non-technical team members
