We’re looking for a ‘Strategy & Operations Manager’ to help us further drive our growth, and build the strategy & oversee operations for our nascent payments business unit. This individual will work closely with the Director of Growth to help drive various strategic initiatives related to this nascent business unit. This individual will be able to have a ton of impact and ownership - and has the ability to join a rocketship at an exciting time.

What you’ll be doing

• Working directly with the Director of Growth to develop and implement strategy for nascent business unit
• Building holistic customer acquisition and monetization strategy across offerings within business unit
• Building operational processes to support GTM strategy for offerings within business unit 
• Working closely with Product team to build technical components of new offerings
• Working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to execute market specific strategies to launch new offerings effectively
• Monitor performance of offerings in each Provi market, setting and achieving KPIs quarterly

What we are looking for

• An individual who has an extreme sense of ownership and execution
• 2-3+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or tech startup
• Experience in eCommerce or beverage alcohol preferred, but not required
• Strong organizational skills with ability to influence and collaborate across functions, and bring the strategies of others into a united project plan
• Analytical skills to identify opportunities and tell a story internally and externally
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excels at creating and delivering project plans, presentations, reporting, execution of strategy, and project management
• Loves the Provi business model and is a true champion of our culture
