We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead our New Customer Enrollment Operations team for a fast-growing, customer obsessed, multi-shift, national retail pharmacy committed to improving customer medication outcomes through the utilization of adherence packaging and world-class data management. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, call center management, coaching, motivation, training, development, giving feedback and guiding employee performance through metrics from customer data management, root cause analysis and the continuous improvement of front-line operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify operational challenges and/or opportunities by analyzing the available data, develop and execute plans to fix problems and take advantage of new business opportunities
  • Coaching, motivating, training, developing, and guiding employee performance with a team of 6 or more
  • Observation, metrics analysis and feedback devices such as side by sides, quality call auditing, and data driven performance
  • Knowledge of customer systems, products/services and leadership skills to oversee and guide employees to meet performance and customer service objectives
  • Review and evaluate staff on ability to meet those objectives
  • Direct and advises improvement strategies when objectives are not met
  • Administer the appropriate disciplinary action as warranted
  • Understand strategic vision and then execute on a team/departmental level
  • Hold team members accountable for daily/monthly goals in a metric-driven organization and coach employees to drive results

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years management/supervisory experience
  • Associates Degree or equivalent job experience
  • Employees are required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener prior to entering the work site each day, in order to keep our work sites safe. Employees must comply with any state and local masking orders. In addition, when in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are expected to wear a mask in areas where physical distancing cannot be attained

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Call Center background and sales experience
  • Healthcare Experience
