Manager, Supply Chain Operations: This role will deploy Supply Chain expertise to expand and optimize RXBAR’s North American distribution network. The Manager, Supply Chain Operations will lead initiatives to rapidly expand and integrate multiple sites into RXBAR’s Supply Chain Network.

General Functions & Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Procurement, Production, and Customer Supply Chain to streamline and expand operations to sustainably support production, distribution and product line expansion
• Lead daily execution of existing and future 3rd Party Storage and fulfillment operations
• Manage all Inventory control operations from receipt, allocation, fulfillment, and return
  • Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all sites within RXBAR’s fulfillment and distribution network
• Facilitate and manage the integration of new Supply Chain nodes within the broader RXBAR network including Canada
  • Source, Vet, and Deploy new partners as necessary to support broader business goals and international expansion
• Partner with 3PLs, VAS Partners, Systems, Customer Supply Chain to execute on all customer-specific guidelines including code-date, EDI/ASNs and labeling requirements

• Engage external partners and key internal stakeholders to drive strategic alignment on all programs and initiatives
• Proven ability to independently lead and implement processes that enhance and improve upon supply chain partnerships

• Design, calculate, and regularly report metrics to measure operational performance at all warehouse and fulfillment locations
  • Responsible for KPIs related to order fulfillment accuracy, volume, and turn-times
• Reduce and mitigate any deductions due to warehouse or fulfillment service failures
• Hire, manage, mentor, and develop direct reports as necessary to support business expansion
• Develop thorough understanding of all operational dependencies and cost influences in a robust direct to consumer E-Commerce and Value-Added Service (VAS) Operation
• Pursue supply chain initiatives intended to improve service, operational efficiency, mitigate risk, and reduce cost 

Skills and Qualifications:

• Positive attitude, a thirst for knowledge, and an excitement for growing our business
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or Operations related field required

• 6+ years’ supply chain, warehouse, &/or inventory management experience in a multi-site distribution network
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills with evident customer-focused attitude

• Competence in business systems and ERP experience; NetSuite experience a plus.
