As the Systems Administrator you will be responsible for keeping our systems and IT infrastructure up and running. You'll leverage your technical skill, business insight, and user-orientated mentality to develop, implement and maintain systems and platforms that enable our employees to work efficiently and intuitively. From day one, you will be given the autonomy to manage projects that directly affect our staff and IT infrastructure. You will partner with the IT Team and stakeholders to collect and understand business requirements to continuously deliver to our business and employees.
You will wake up every day focused on how you can enhance technology to increase business efficiency while strengthening our infrastructure reliability. By collecting monitoring metrics and system logs, you'll create KPI's to improve our productivity. We need a teammate who can take the initiative and isn't afraid to take the path less traveled to achieve the best long-term result.
