Systems Analyst: RXBAR is one of the fastest growing natural brands in the country. Our explosive growth is propelled by cohesive planning and flawless execution. The Systems Analyst will be responsible for implementing continuous improvement projects related to our Enterprise Resource Planning system. Through cross-functional collaboration this role will enable the organization to more effectively execute cross-functionally.

General Functions + Responsibilities:
- Tactical Execution
- Troubleshoot problems with internal business partners to collaboratively identify solutions to any issues impacting NetSuite
- Plan, prioritize, and deliver system enhancements
- Work with Systems & IT team members to support day-to-day tasks and to participate in larger implementation projects
- Create, test, and implement simple customizations, work-flows, and processes in NetSuite
- Oversee and monitor day-to-day system maintenance and performance
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with cross-functional business partners to optimize their user experience and process in NetSuite
- Act as an internal NetSuite resource across the organization
- Support internal business partners by creating reports and dashboards in NetSuite
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems, NetSuite preferred
- Demonstrated success in working on process development and/or improvement projects
- Familiarity with Supply Chain and/or Finance Accounting processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities, as well as follow-through on committed deliverables
- Successful track record in working with cross-functional project teams
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity rapidly
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Java script, SQL, and/or HTML is a plus
