As a Team Lead in our Loan Services department, you will be responsible for directly managing a group of Loan Advocates, while handling escalations and exceptions. Reporting to the Senior Servicing Operations Manager, you will work cross-functionally to ensure the smooth operations of the team and provide critical data for our operations.
What you get to do:
- Help create and manage the Servicing Operations Support Team and manage the operational risk processing activities
- Test, implement, and evaluate new Servicing Operations procedures that increase departmental effectiveness
- Manage exceptions, process errors, and resolve escalations promptly to help provide outstanding customer service
- Conduct root-cause and scope analysis on servicing operations issues and work with others to resolve research issues and processing exceptions
- Develop metrics and KPIs to provide insight to management, and help manage a portfolio of operational tasks and procedures
- Help plan long-term trajectory of the Servicing Operations department
- Analyze information on different situations and make appropriate recommendation on actions
What you will bring to the team:
- Experience managing a team
- Experience working in the financial services industry. with experience in operations with Bankruptcy, Payment Processing, Hardship Assistance Programs.
- Exceptional issue resolution skill and a strong focus on customer service
- High School Diploma is required; Associates or bachelor's degree preferred
