Job Description:
Position will be accountable for leading team accountable for ERP security initiatives (deployments, releases, compliance projects). Provides application leadership in the development of detailed system specifications for major business systems and/or development, integration and implementation projects. Applies systems solutions to business/technical problems through customer interactions, and by providing assistance to less experienced analysts in the design, programming, debugging, testing, and integration/implementation.

• Provide leadership in the development and deployment of ERP security

• Integrate deployment methodology, processes and templates across ERP solutions
• Lead the issue resolution process with globally located Caterpillar IT support teams and external partners
• Share functional knowledge of IT solutions with business partners to support their operational performance
• Collect and document functional requirements for new projects or system enhancements
• Lead IT implementation projects - coordinate the delivery of work requests with various globally located Caterpillar IT teams and external partners

• Prepare, execute and/or coordinate the execution of the Product Testing and the System Integration Testing
• Provide IT support during the User Acceptance Testing
• Create and maintain system documentation
• Create and maintain local IT support processes
• Provide client-facing support on IT solutions

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:

• Fully knowledgeable of the applicable IT controls, business process controls, SOX controls and information security directives.
• Requires a relevant degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience
• Strong oral and written communication
• Ability to manage risks and escalations

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
