Post-sale installation and maintenance of mobile communication systems. Manages maintenance customer service needs spanning multiple products integrated into a single system configuration. Performs system hardware and software installations on a project basis, plus manages customer service needs through routine system maintenance.
Primarily focused on Astro, Digital, and Simulcast Trunking concepts. Basic networking familiarity for the support of Centracom consoles, Data, and E911 products. Multi-site trunked and voting conventional systems, data networks, and dispatch centers.
Provides primary point of contact for 2-10 customer sites as well as infrastructure backup for other technologists. This profile is to only be used Outside of the US. For US, refer to System Technologist Profiles in H grades.

• Knowledge of the Telecommunications environment including Radio communications, Wireless Technologies, WAN networking, IT system integration;
• CCNA level of networking knowledge;
• Experience with PMR communication solutions: Tetra, P25, DMR;
• Experience with RF in telecommunication: theory, measurement equipment, antenna systems;
• Manual skills for field works like wiring, soldering, physical installation of equipment;
• Experience doing works at height 
• Highly professional and self motivated;
• Ability to work productively and effectively with little guidance;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Driving license
