Technical Consultant (CX)

Our CX Consultants work closely with our Sales and Account Management teams to provide consultative tech support during the sales process and on-going after care. Armed with a expert knowledge of telephony systems, you’ll present technical solutions to business decision makers to maximise each clients’ phone system and caller experience.

An advocate for Telephony Technologies and the power of audio you’ll deliver training to our internal teams on System Audio, Cloud telephony solutions and how to successfully up-sell our products.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing client solutions and providing on-hand tech support during the sales process.
• Presenting to clients in a professional and compelling manner.
• Delivering engaging training sessions to PHMG staff and ensuring all training materials/sources are kept up to date to reflect the latest tech specifications.
• Consulting with account managers on the potential to up-sell existing clients.
• Promoting and managing our RingCentral platform partnership.

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience working in a pre-sales support function, ideally in a telecoms organisation but not essential
• Ability to provide Technical Support to clients and internal teams
• Confidence to present technical solutions to decision makers
• Highly attuned communication skills
• Knowledge of RingCentral is preferred but not essential
