Being a RAVN Technical Consultant at iManage means…
You will join a collaborative global team and serve as the subject matter expert in applied Artificial Intelligence. You will advise our clients across North America as they adopt the RAVN AI platform, and ensure the integrity of the implemented solutions including the design, deployment, configuration, and migration of legacy systems and data. You will assist our client’s knowledge workers in using RAVN AI to uncover hidden value from their documents at scale.
You have knack for problem solving, and enjoy leveraging your technical expertise and business acumen in a client facing role.
iM Responsible For…
- Participating in pre-sales engagements, and translating clients’ business and user requirements into RAVN AI Solutions.
- Writing and presenting technical implementation proposals, client enablement trainings, and Proof-Of-Concepts.
- Participating in post-sales engagements and solution implementation.
- Designing and standing up Production grade solutions.
- Liaising with the Cloud operations team to provision RAVN platforms and onboard clients in the use of RAVN AI Solutions.
- Working collaboratively, as the technical SME, with client implementation teams, and with iManage Support to provide existing customers with technical assistance.
- Partnering with Practice Leads to shape ways to use the technology and align them with client needs as they relate to contract extraction.
- Working with Solution Owners to expand and extend product capabilities.
- Knowledge sharing with Technical Consultants across geographies.
iM Qualified Because I Have…
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in client-facing, technical consultative engagements
- Experience standing up software products that service the legal profession and / or technical skills that relate to AI, computer science, or Software Engineering
- The ability to think creatively, with well-developed problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Desire to problem solve with technology
- Familiarity or desire to learn some of the following technologies:
- Machine Learning and Information Retrieval principles
- Basic programming/integration using web-service APIs
- Strong written/verbal communication skills with the ability to facilitate technical discussions effectively
- The ability to effectively manage multiple engagements with competing priorities
