About the Job:
Join an elite team of highly skilled Sales Professionals and play a key role in the technical development of incoming Keeper sales hires.
You’re right for this job if you:
- Are excited about developing and maintaining deep technical expertise across the breadth of Keeper Security’s technology, products, capabilities, solutions -- inclusive of workflows, solution design, implementation, configuration, data integration, security and compliance requirements, best practices, and customer considerations.
- Love translating your expertise in Keeper Security’s products, capabilities and solutions into critical path training and/or playbooks
- Want to collaborate closely with fellow Enablement team members to ensure training, curriculums, tools and documentation are in place to support the customer outcome's objective.
- Can balance partnership with Sales Leaders and other Technical leaders to understand where there are strengths and weaknesses in technical proficiency
- Want to be an integral part of the innovation and implementation of new processes and tools to ensure scalable growth across all departments
Requirements
- 5+ years of IT industry experience with exposure to end-to-end outcomes of IT projects and initiatives
- Hands on Training/learning development or people/organizational transformation experience
- Enjoy collaborating with subject matter experts and managers to help write and develop both technical and non-technical content.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional team experience
- Experience developing and supporting training/enablement for both technical and non-technical content
- Excellent communication skills and editing for the purpose of knowledge transfer and skill development
Preferred Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Working knowledge and technical breadth of Keeper Security tools
- Experience using multiple learning methods and linking appropriate methods with subject matter.
