What You'll Bring
Experienced in external customer system to system integrations involving REST API principles, Web services, JavaScript and HTTP.
Strong communication and organizational skills to be the first line of advanced technical support for customers integrating for TransUnion Fraud Prevention products.
Project management skills and be able to proactively and aggressively manage and track customer onboarding/integration activities from project kick off through project completion.
Knowledge of Business to Business Identity Management and fraud prevention solutions.
Working knowledge of Agile principles.
Experience using data logging tools such as Splunk and the Microsoft Azure suite of products such as AppInsights and Databricks, for troubleshooting customer issues
Impact You'll Make
Serve as the primary/dedicated point of technical contact for internal and external clients that wish to integrate and leverage the IDVision suite of fraud and identity management products
Fully understand and document client requirements and use case so that it can be clearly communicated and readily available to all key internal and external project stakeholders.
Serve as part of the IDVision team that designs and recommend the most appropriate integration solution, including process flow diagrams, and test cases
Must maintain detailed daily/weekly status tracking and reporting of assigned integration project using Sales Force and other project management methodologies.
Precisely document all key project actions, risks and timeline and ensure that all key internal and external stakeholders are kept informed from project kick off to project completion
Proactively and aggressively manage across all levels of integrating client stakeholders such as, project managers, business development, product development, developers/engineers, fraud analyst etc.
Manage minimum of 6 to 8 concurrent projects of varying duration and complexities.
