Rally Health is seeking an XD Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of a division of our in-house Experience Design team, which is split across San Francisco, Washington DC & Chicago. The position will support a variety of talent including our mobile creative director and designers, while assigning jobs, setting priorities to meet deadlines and troubleshooting. The role will also work closely with our Product Managers, Sales, Clients Solutions, and Development organizations across all product lines.

The qualified individual should have experience leading resources via Product roadmaps. This role reports into the XD Operations department and it’s established process. This person should also be highly creative in problem-solving, as there is a continuous need for creative and forward thinking with respect to evolving needs of the team and company process. You will possess strong preference for working in an intimate, collaborative, and open work environment.

Requirements:

  • You have a BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • You have 5+ years of experience in project management
  • You have excellent resource management skills
  • You will know Jira

Preferred qualifications:

  • You have established standards and practices (initiation, tracking, reviews, follow up, etc.) and ensuring team deliverables meeting high standards.
  • You have worked side-by-side with designers, writers, IA/UX leads and understand their unique needs.
  • You are able to work diligently and meet tight deadlines.
  • You have advocated for the members of the team to provide and excellent working environment.
  • You have led outside vendors and contractors.
