We are currently seeking a hard-working, dedicated Velocify Administrator in Chicago, IL to join our innovative and passionate team.
 

Who We Need:

Within this role, you'll be the system administrator and overall subject matter expert for critical systems such as Velocify for our consumer lending division. You will be responsible for implementing systems and processes by collaborating with various stakeholders across the division. The ideal candidate will execute timelines for implementations and processes, lead proactive team efforts to achieve company goals, develop and publish reporting on overall system usage, and identify system best practices. Work with leadership to leverage opportunities for improvement through scale.

What You Will Do:

• System administrator and subject matter expert for many of the critical systems such as Velocify and Encompass.
• Implement new systems & processes by collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to develop requirements and execution of timelines.
• Maintain systems to ensure continued use according to industry best practices and regulations
• Develop and publish reporting on system usage and lead capture to executive leadership team
• Organize and prioritize marketing spend for branches routed through the Velocify platform
• Collaborate with partners in training to create guides, training, and other content
• Responsible for managing and coordinating all lead campaigns related to the Direct to Consumer Channel, including oversight of budget, lead performance, Velocify integration & implementation, and ROI
• Work with leadership to perform monthly review related to campaign performance vs plan

Responsibilities:

• Quickly develop a deep understanding of customer's business and technical environment.
• Manage expectations regarding technical requirements, deliverables and project scope
• Lead and define technical and business solutions that meet with requirements
• Lead the development of technical design documents and deliverables
• Manage the integration between Velocify and other data sources
• Document and communicate highly complex technical solutions effectively to various technical and business audiences
• Develop standardized solutions for systems and data integration

Required Skills/Experience:

• Knowledge of enterprise CRM systems; experience with Velocify, Five9, Encompass a plus
• Proven success in design, development and delivery of enterprise SaaS and API integration solutions
• Excellent client communication skills (written and verbal)
• B.S. or B.A. College Degree
