With clients spanning the globe, we’re looking for the best and brightest to join our growing team.   The VP, Client Solutions professional will join a team of  talented business advisors and engage in relationship-based consultative strategic selling, account expansion, lead strategic client engagements, and manage a small team.

Responsibilities

  

  • Business Development - Scope and budget potential engagements for current and potential clients
  • Engagement Execution - Manage Client Solutions teams to complete engagements within the agreed-upon scope and budget
  • Design and Deliverable Creation - Oversee the analysis and delivery of insights to clients to ensure that all goals and facets of their engagements are met
  • Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients
  • Team Management and Training – Contribute to the training and development of junior staff
  • Internal Initiatives and Collaboration - Participate in internal Engine collaboration initiatives
  • Thought Leadership Creation - Create thought leadership content related to key topics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s degree preferred

  • Prefer Business, Economics, Marketing or Marketing Research degrees
  • 8-10 years of sales and research execution experience in one or more categories required: Financial Services, Health Insurance, Health-care, Medical Device, Health-care Technology, and/or Pharmacy

  • Strong business strategic selling and advisory skills (i.e., the ability to diagnose client needs, match them to Engine solutions, and articulate Engine’s value)

  • Business consulting/advisory expertise on the supplier side; managing $1MM+ book
  • Effective people management and leadership skills (2 or more direct reports)
  • Advanced Communication skills

  • Client management skills, including presentation and meeting management
  • Problem resolution skills

  • Financial, P&L (profit and loss) skills

  • Thrive and excel in fast paced, growing environment
  • Exceptional change management skills; embrace change
