We’re looking for a VP of Commercial Operations with a passion for healthcare, a record of building a scalable B2B machine, and partnering with all commercialization teams to realize effective and efficient processes that result in desirable and viable customer and employee experiences. Reporting to the COO, this individual will be responsible for building a scalable operating model with an eye on building a repeatable structure that scales to any healthcare company.
What You Will Do
- Business Intelligence: Scale excellence in how data supports the ability of all teams at Kalderos to make data based decisions in day-to-day operations.
- Data Operations: Oversee data collection, ingestion, quality, and integrity processes.
- Business Operations: Establish and refine process, technologies, and support of all frontline Kalderos teams responsible for driving (customer success, sales, and marketing).
- Report directly to the COO, you will be a key member of the leadership team in developing and executing Kalderos’s commercial strategy.
What You Will Bring
- 15+ years of experience in the SaaS market across strategic planning, commercial operations, sales support and enablement, value engineering, pricing, defining go-to-market strategies, plans and execution.
- Healthcare services leadership experience and domain knowledge of the pharmaceuticals space, with a strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
- Proven leadership experience leading high performing teams in fast-paced environments, driving complex, transformation initiatives cross-functionally
- Great communicator that is a structured problem solver, capable of identifying and articulating the “so-what” of every challenge
- Understanding of SaaS/subscription and software licensing models
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across a broad organization to achieve corporate goals
- Broad business perspective allowing for the effective integration of the business functions i.e. sales, application development and services
- Experience in collaboratively working with development organizations that engage in Agile development methods highly desirable
- Track record of realizing continuous improvement through data based decision making and process optimization
- Strong financial acumen with comfort around forecasting
