As the VP of Commercial Operations at Cooler Screens, you will be responsible for developing and integrating key operational systems to ensure for rapid commercial scale.  Specifically, you will develop the strategic business operations roadmap and help us implement a system that effectively and cost efficiently follows from customer proposal to cash.  You will drive financial software deployment and integration, and CRM deployment and integration and participate in other ERP deployments which will be foundational in building out our business.

Who You Are:

• You have expansive experience in supporting digital media business
• You’re a skilled communicator and you are comfortable being the liaison between vendors, CSI’s in-store development, retailers, and brands
• You’re innovative and you can initiate and integrate business technology stack operational systems
• You are comfortable and have a track record in working in a Start-Up
• You have success in conveying and then implementing your business operational strategy across the company
• You have a track record of delivering top-notch business operations function that supports the vision of the company
• You have experience in reporting and setting up systems to report on the success of the value props we drive
• You are experienced in Management/Compliance, and you are capable of building out reporting infrastructure
• You’re excited to roll out a Communication and Account Management Platform
• You’re eager to be a key player in our fast-paced start-up environment

What You Need to Succeed

• Expertise in creating systems, workflows, and processes that will support the pilot
• Experience in gathering and recording customer requirements and specs for advertising
• Success in receiving and processing insertion orders
• Capacity to capture metrics to communicate to retailers and CPGs
• Capability to ensure billing and advertisement revenue split is accurate and reflects verifiable numbers
• Understanding of all aspects of operations to help recognize the retailer and CPG ecosystem to define how/when metrics are shared, and how retailers can control and change both advertising, and how the CPG buys and adjusts
• Ability to make insights surrounding the performance of advertising and give recommendations to maximize yield and advertising opportunities on remnant space
