We are looking for a Vice President of Strategy, Covered Entity Solutions with deep experience applying creative problem solving to matters related to 340B covered entity determination of patient eligibility, duplicate discount prevention, contract pharmacy network management, and 340B cash card programs. You will be a leader within Kalderos for driving market success of current and future Kalderos Drug Discount Management solutions focused on empowering covered entities to work transparently and collaboratively with drug manufacturers.
What Impact You'll Have:
Develop foundational market strategies: Collaborate with senior leadership, Growth, Product, Sales and Marketing teams to deliver clear and actionable market strategies.
Deepen our industry expertise: Educate inside and outside the Kalderos organization on the dynamics of your market and inform how we position new and existing solutions around those market dynamics. Leverage your network to coordinate product discovery sessions, ensuring that product development successfully captures the robust customer insights required for the delivery of world-class products.
Drive growth: Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to drive revenue growth of Kalderos solutions designed to address the needs of your market. Assist Product teams in the assessment and mitigation of product value risk (will customers buy it) and business risk (will it work for our business). Be an external and internal evangelist for Kalderos’ holistic platform strategy for drug discount management.
Be a value driver for our customers: Develop market, product/technology, and partnership initiatives that deliver exponentially greater value to the market.
What You'll Bring:
- A deep understanding surrounding the creation and execution of customer-centric strategies that maximize value creation and delivery
- Success working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and experience driving consensus across teams irrespective of organization reporting structures
- Deep industry experience and knowledge, being referenced internally or externally as a subject matter expert with 15+ years of experience either consulting in the 340B space to covered entities, providing split-billing or third party administrator services to covered entities of all types, or working in a leadership position for a technologically innovative covered entity.
- Demonstrated experience translating complex market and business needs into winning platform strategies and effective communication of the strategy within the organization to build followership.
- Experience working closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop marketing content, create actionable go-to-market strategies, and assist Sales efforts by acting as a deep subject matter expert when needed.
- Excitement and confidence acting as a thought leader in matters relating to 340B covered entity operations and strategy, authoring whitepapers, delivering conference presentations, leading and presenting at Kalderos webinars, and developing relationships with other industry experts.
- Experience proactively identifying risks and opportunities that emerge both internally and and externally to your market.
- Ability to identify and communicate key metrics to communicate Product/Market success
