In this role:

Are you known for taking extreme ownership, having an innovation-forward mindset with a keen eye for measuring performance? We’re looking for a VP/Director of Claims Operations who will help to shape the future of the touchless, AI-powered, and automated claims experience we need to operate at peak efficiency. You’ll be pioneering the most important time in the Clearcover customer journey from back to front and end to end: filing an insurance claim. A successful VP/Director of Claims Operations has the foresight and leadership skills to set, drive and execute an ambitious claims innovation roadmap from day one. Is always willing to test, learn and iterate, can motivate team members with ease, and can serve as a trusted resource to the senior leadership team. You should be someone who has loads of experience in the realm of claims innovation, and has acted as a data-driven leader in a rapidly growing organization, with a willingness to challenge the status quo.
