What you get to do:
- You will be required to be in our Chicago office Monday through Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm CST
- Welcome and provide general support to visitors in the office
- Setup their WIFI access
- Update TV / morning announcements (birthdays and anniversaries)
- Answer and transfer calls / check voicemails
- Submit maintenance / security requests to the PRU Building
- Renew Employee Badges / Distribute Contractor Badges
- Order catering for meetings
- General set up / clean up
- Coordinate food services with vendors - Blue Tiger, Fooda etc
- Assist with travel and conference arrangements
- Conference room booking and meeting set up assistance
- Perform inventory and place orders for office supplies and kitchen supplies when needed
- Partner with People Business Partners, Facilities, and IT to ensure a smooth transition for individuals leaving the company by scheduling exit interviews, retrieving, organizing equipment, and scheduling any necessary follow-up post departure
- Respond to IDES (Illinois Department of Employment Security) letters
- Send documentation for signatures via Docusign
- Check and route mail for People Business Partners
