Job Summary:
The Paid Social Analyst will be responsible for executing paid social builds, providing performance readouts, and helping identify opportunities for optimization within the account. This role involves building campaigns and ads, managing budgets, coordinating creatives, and ongoing performance analysis. The Social Manager will also collaborate with cross-channel teams, conduct competitive research, and regularly report on key performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Management and Execution:
- Execute campaign and ad builds across all paid social channels with a heavy focus on Meta.
- Identify and manage budgets, ensuring proper pacing for all clients.
- Prioritize and manage your clients and daily work tasks with guidance from the team.
- Proactively conduct competitive research to keep clients ahead of the competition.
- Implement core strategies and ongoing optimizations to drive account scale and improve performance.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze campaign performance and develop optimization strategies for Paid Social campaigns, including recommendations for creative assets.
- Regularly generate detailed performance reports.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations for continuous optimization and improvement.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in data aggregation and analysis.
- Strong understanding of Facebook and TikTok ad platforms.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
- 1+ years of in-platform experience with Facebook Ads and/or TikTok Ads.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Agency experience is preferred.
