In recent years, Double Good has seen 40% year over year growth, and we’re excited about our future! We’re excited about the possibility of you joining our mission. We are looking for a Logistics Procurement Manager to join our growing Supply Chain.
Location - This is a hybrid position based out of our Elmhurst office
About the role:
The Logistics Procurement Manager will lead strategy development, risk mitigation, and cost optimization for the parcel category
Responsibilities:
- Develop and update a parcel category strategy aligned with business objectives
- Monitor the parcel industry and competitive landscape to identify risks and opportunities
- Assess costs and implement strategies for cost savings while maintaining service quality
- Forecast parcel and consulting spending
- Lead category update meetings, analyze performance metrics, and address KPI deviations
- Manage relationship and negotiations with parcel carriers and third-party consultancies, ensuring service quality and value
- Collaborate with Finance, Shipping, IT, and Product teams to integrate parcel strategies into the business plan
Experience & Skills we value:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or procurement
- 3+ years of experience negotiating contracts
- Experience managing at least $25 million in parcel spend
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Strong Excel skills
Nice to have and/or you’ll learn:
- Experience working with third party advisory firm/consultants
- Experience managing $40+ million in parcel spend

Base Pay range for this position:
- $75,000 - $105,000
- 15% of base salary
The final discretionary compensation that will be offered for this role depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
