As part of this team, the Partner Marketing Manager will support the execution of marketing initiatives that successfully drive interest and enrollment in partner programs.

As the Partner Marketing Manager for Everspring, you are vital to ensuring that our clients marketing needs are met and our strategic plans are delivering the best possible outcomes. You are a critical conduit for information flow between both external and internal stakeholders. An emerging marketing professional who is looking to build a deeper set of skills and experiences in a fast paced agency environment servicing mission driven clients. As a marketing professional you have experience working across multiple channels and verticals and leveraging research and data to inform your decision making. You are a proactive problem solver who can identify issues quickly and provide recommendations for action. Your experience has taught you to be a strong communicator who can express ideas clearly, and listen carefully to stakeholders to interpret, translate and refine strategic vision into action. You are a team player who believes that personal and organizational success is the result of meaningful collaboration and a deep willingness to do what is needed to deliver the best outcomes for our company and our clients. . 

This position will report to the Director of Partner Marketing and is based in Chicago, IL where we currently operate in a hybrid environment and requires 2 days a week in the office.


Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the execution of client campaigns to drive awareness, conversion and enrollment goals. 
  • Expertly managing the needs of clients and working with the Director of Partner Marketing to translate those needs into improved strategic execution. 
  • Leverage data and analytics to provide timely and accurate campaign performance metrics to internal stakeholders. 
  • Integrate client feedback into strategic execution to continually enhance campaign outcomes. 
  • Develop strong brand understanding of clients through market research, conversation and active listening. 
  • Strategize, execute and manage projects and clients alongside the Director of Partner of Marketing.

  • Aid Partner Marketing Team internal agency and senior staff with specific projects related to assigned clients
  • Stay current with industry best practices and developments in marketing to assist internal teams and clients drive best in class outcomes. 
  • Works with Enrollment team on developing webinar content and nurturing campaigns
  • Works with MarTech team to develop campaign content, reviews copy and provides guidance and input on creative execution. 
  • Assist in the management and development of internal marketing coordinator. . 
  • Brings forward new ideas and energy to inspire better client solutions and outcomes

Qualifications

Desired Skills & Knowledge for the Entry Level Marketing Manager: 

  • 3-5 years experience or training in marketing but willing to make exceptions for the right candidate 
  • Experience in customer service or other people-oriented fields desired
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Experience in agency setting and/or higher education a plus
