It's with that in mind that Hireology is looking to add a Partner Marketing Strategist to our team.
As our Partner Marketing Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in our marketing and partnerships initiatives. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including partner marketing, go-to-market (GTM) strategy execution, project management, and more. You'll work directly with the Director of Marketing and Partnerships to drive impactful campaigns and projects that support our growth.

As the Partner Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for:
- Partner Marketing Initiatives: Coordinate and execute co-marketing campaigns with our partners to drive joint business growth. Ensure all activities align with our brand and objectives.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy Execution: Assist in executing GTM strategies for new integration launches and market expansions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation.
- Project Management: Oversee the execution of various marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Utilize project management tools to track tasks, deadlines, and milestones. Provide regular updates on project status and outcomes.
- Copywriting: Write clear and compelling copy for various marketing materials, including emails, web content, social media posts, and promotional materials
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives. Gather insights into performance and recommendations for improvement.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Act as a liaison to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Partner Ecosystem Research: Conduct research on HR tech ecosystem to identify market trends, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Use insights to inform and enhance our partner marketing strategies.
