Job Description:The Partnership Account Coordinator will assist our Business Development team with the strategy and execution of partnerships throughout the entire sales process lifecycle of successful relationships. More specifically, the Partnership Account Coordinator will have the opportunity to develop and direct comprehensive marketing and branding campaigns across various sports & entertainment properties. This position focuses on building successful relationships with multiple teams, properties and venues and will ultimately take a lead on the sales lifecycle including the execution of for all sponsorship deliverables including the contract renewal processes. This position will require a poised individual with a track record of success in a sports marketing organization.
Responsibilities:
- Interact and manage our official partnerships to uncover additional opportunities to generate revenue
- Directly manage existing partnerships and creative assets to maximize our ability to leverage intellectual property rights across the organization (SEO, Paid Search, etc.)
- Collaborate with departmental colleagues to activate and monetize full value of sponsorships
- Act as the liaison between VP of Sponsorships and current and potential partners
- Manage the partnership renewal process in tandem with our leadership team
- Develop sales and sponsorship decks to secure new business and event sponsorships within sporting and entertainment brand verticals
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years of managing sports sponsorship assets with comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing as well as the sports and entertainment industry is highly preferred
- Experience assessing both traditional and digital sponsor assets, including quantifying impact to deal value from company and partnership perspective
- Must be able to work in an environment that emphasizes a high degree of professionalism while utilizing exemplary organizational and communication skills in a multitasking environment
- Expert level in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
