We are seeking a Sourcing and Pricing Analyst who will work closely with our suppliers and our product offering.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Manage multiple projects and act as the primary point of contact and front-line liaison with suppliers
  • Perform product analysis across multiple product categories, including leading supplier conversations and researching industry changes to understand how our supplier base is evolving
  • Track costs accurately and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and achieve millions of dollars in annual cost savings
  • Recommend updates or adjustments to existing products to better align with customer needs and product strategy

WHAT WE LOOK FOR
  • A history of academic and professional success
  • At least 2 years of professional experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking, research, attention to detail, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Eagerness to learn new things, adaptability, and a growth-oriented mindset

Total cash compensation typically ranges from $144,000 - $166,000, which includes a base salary and annual cash profit sharing based on company profitability. We are committed to comprehensive benefits to support employees and their dependents, such as:
